To the glory of God
This building was erected as a memorial to the young men of St. Stephen`s Church who gave their lives in the cause of freedom in the Second World War 1939 - 1945
This stone was laid on the 7th September 1958 by Mrs M. L. Joughin
Relict of the Reverend N. H. Joughin M. A. B. D. Minister of St. Stephen`s Church 1939 - 1948
