Photographs supplied by Diane Watson
The honour roll commemorates those from the church who served in World War One.
The names of 157 men, 23 of whom paid the supreme sacrifice, are inscribed on an honour board unveiled by Rev. F. C. Birch, in St. Paul`s Church of England yesterday morning. The service was short and impressive. The honour board is of polished maple, with the names in gilt, and was the work of Arthur Foote., Limited.
