The honour roll commemorates those who served in World War One.
A few weeks ago the members of the Aldgate Red Cross Branch decided to raise funds to place an honour roll in the local hall to bear the names of Aldgate men who answered their country's call. This has been done,and the unveiling ceremony will be performed by Mrs. George Smith on Saturday afternoon, November 30.
