THIS ALEPPO PINE (PINUS HALEPENSIS) HAS BEEN GROWN FROM A SEED FROM THE LONE PINE AT THE CEMETERY AT GALLIPOLI

It was planted by members of the Kerridale-Augusta R&SL Sub Branch in 2005 to commemorate the 90th anniversary of the Gallipoli landing.
