This memorial, erected as a tribute from the Congregation and containing the Roll of Honour of those men and women of Saint Stephen's Church who served the nation in the armed forces during the Second World War and in the Korean Campaign, was unveiled on 11th November, 1956, by His Excellency the Governor, General Sir John Northcott, K.C.M.G., K.C.V.O., CB., and dedicated to the glory of God by the Minister, the Reverend Gordon Powell, M.A., B.D
