The plaque commemorates soldiers who have suffered from Tuberculosis (TB) and ex-servicewomen who have served in conflicts in which Australia has been involved. The plaque is located near the base of a tree. 

Tuberculosis (TB) is a disease caused by bacteria called Mycobacterium tuberculosis. The bacteria usually attack the lungs, but they can also damage other parts of the body.
