Blacktown RSL War Memorial Garden is dedicated to those from the district who served in all theatres of war. The war memorial garden contains a Remembrance Wall which contains the dedication plaque for the Blacktown War Memorial Pool and plaques containing the names of those from the district who served. A path leading up to the wall is lined with rose bushes.

The Blacktown War Memorial Pool was changed to the Blacktown Aquatic Centre and in 2013 was earmarked by the Blacktown Council for redevelopment.
